They are simply awesome. I have another pair of Timberland Boot Co. shoes and I've had squeaky sole issues but these seem to be very well constructed.

I do wish these boots had a low lug sole but in the winter I use a Yacktrax and away I go. I like them so much I bought an additional pair and have them new in the closet in the event Red Wing quits making them...
